Fackellauf 2014: The Adventure begins!
The torch runners have been preparing for this moment for the past 2 years… now the time has come!
The Torch Run (Fackellauf) will begin on October 8th. Pope Francis will light the torch at the end of the General Audience.
The 86 runners are about to live great moments: The audience with Pope Francis, the sending out from Pompeii, the encounter with the people from the place, the celebration in Freiburg, the arrival in Schoenstatt during the vigil on October 17th. Let us support their journey with our prayers!
You can watch the starting out of these young men as they enter Schoenstatt’s second century. The runners will keep an updated blog, which you can find here: www.fackellauf2014.org.
