Option A: Hotels and Hostels (Schoenstatt / Rome)

IQ Incoming – Cologne, the official partner to Schoenstatt International e. V., offers travel packages with different categories and prices to all national registration offices.

The packages include:

• Pilgrim Pass for the celebrations in Schoenstatt
• Accommodation according to the chosen price category, incl. breakfast
• Airport transfers
• Daily transfers to and from your accommodation to the place of the event
• Travel insurance

An optional deal is available for the days between the celebrations in Schoenstatt and in Rome.

Option B: Simple accommodation for youth

Simple accommodation is reserved for youth aged between 16 and 27 years old.

This package includes:

• Pilgrim Pass for the celebrations in Schoenstatt
• Simple accommodation in sport halls and schools, incl. breakfast which will be served in Schoenstatt
• For all accommodation that is too far to reach Schoenstatt on foot, daily transfer is included to and from your accommodation.

Places for simple accommodation are limited. Participants need to bring their own ground mat and sleeping bag, as well as towels. All arrivals and departures to and from the accommodation must be arranged by the participant themselves. All minors, under 18 years of age, must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
